TERMS OF SERVICE, WARRANTY & LEGAL DISCLAIMER Effective Date: November 2025

1. APPOINTMENTS & LOGISTICS: A $39 Cancelation Fee applies to any appointment canceled or rescheduled within 2 hours of the scheduled arrival time. In the event that our technician arrives and cannot complete the work due to customer-related issues (including but not limited to incorrect address provided, locked gates, missing wheel lock keys, inaccessible vehicles, or refusal of service), the $39 fee will apply to cover fuel and operational time. GoGo Mobile Brake Shop reserves the right to reschedule appointments due to severe weather conditions or if the service location is deemed unsafe by the technician (e.g., steep inclines or dangerous roadside positioning).

2. PRICING & ESTIMATES: All prices listed online or quoted via phone (e.g., $139, $269) are starting estimates for standard passenger vehicles. Final pricing may vary for heavy-duty trucks, European luxury vehicles, or vehicles with excessive rust or seized components. A final, binding quote will always be provided before work begins. While we do not charge trip fees for our primary service areas, a travel surcharge may apply for extended range locations; this will always be disclosed prior to booking. Promotional offers and discounts cannot be combined; for example, student discounts cannot be applied in addition to seasonal brake bundle promotions.

3. WARRANTY TERMS: The "Lifetime Warranty" applies strictly to Brake Pads supplied and installed by GoGo Mobile Brake Shop for as long as you own the vehicle; coverage includes material defects and excessive noise. Rotors and hydraulic components are covered by a 24-Month / 24,000-Mile Warranty against warping or manufacturing defects. Labor workmanship is covered by a 6-Month Warranty. This warranty is non-transferable and is void if the vehicle is used for commercial or track purposes, if parts are tampered with by another party, or if the customer supplies their own parts.

4. LIABILITY & PRE-EXISTING CONDITIONS: Mobile repair on older vehicles often involves dealing with rusted, brittle, or seized hardware. While we exercise professional care, GoGo Mobile Brake Shop is not liable for pre-existing damage or parts that break due to age or metal fatigue during standard removal processes (e.g., snapped wheel studs or seized caliper bolts). The technical content provided on this website is for educational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional on-site diagnosis; GoGo Mobile Brake Shop is not liable for damages resulting from DIY repairs attempted based on this information.

5. MANUFACTURER SOFTWARE LOCKS, "LIMP MODE" & DEALER RESTRICTIONS: Certain vehicle manufacturers (e.g., FCA/Jeep, Mercedes, Tesla, newer Fords) employ proprietary "Secure Gateway" (SGW) firewalls or software logic designed to prevent independent service providers from accessing vehicle systems. While GoGo Mobile Brake Shop utilizes professional-grade diagnostic scanners to perform Electronic Parking Brake (EPB) retractions, we are not liable for software-induced issues, including vehicles entering "Limp Mode," "Safe Mode," or displaying persistent dashboard error lights due to manufacturer-imposed software locks that reject independent repair attempts. GoGo Mobile Brake Shop is not responsible for towing costs, dealership diagnostic fees, or rental car costs resulting from a manufacturer's software lockout. If the mechanical repair (e.g., pad installation) is successfully completed but the vehicle's computer refuses a software reset, payment for the mechanical labor and parts is still due in full immediately upon completion.

6. COMPETITOR COMPARISONS: Comparisons to national mobile mechanic apps (e.g., "Gig-Apps") are based on publicly available pricing data, warranty terms, and customer reviews analyzed in San Antonio, Texas, as of November 2025. "Savings" claims refer to the final out-the-door price including hidden fees often charged by competitors. GoGo Mobile Brake Shop is an independently owned entity and is not affiliated with NuBrakes, YourMechanic, or any dealership network.

7. PAYMENT: Payment is due in full immediately upon completion of the service. We accept major Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. We do not accept personal checks.
